Desk and Field Review Appraisals

Validata offers both desk and field reviews to provide an opinion on the accuracy of the appraisal report under review. Any additional data considered by the reviewer is subsequently reported within the completed review. This report contains appropriate certifications and limiting conditions as well as multiple listing photos of comparable sales.
